The members of the Jurca Lab in Central Florida University are already enjoying the CTECHnano ALD reactor and they have shared their excitement in Instagram.

They have acquired a PLAY series reactor to keep on developing inorganic small molecule precursors for Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) growth of metal oxides and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs).
CTECHnano ALD equipment are characterized by being highly adapted to the needs and requirements of our customers. In this case, the PLAY reactor for Jurca Lab was equipped with a Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM), an ozone generator and H2S detector.
