Mercedes Vila Juárez, Scientific Director of CTECH, gave the talk titled “Atomic Layer Deposition: A powerful deposition technology of nanostructured materials” at “European Conference on Nanofilms 2016” (ECNF 2016).
Bilbao (Spain) held the meeting from 19th to 21st October 2016. The sessions covered several of the most relevant topics in the field of nanofilms: protective and tribological coatings, thin films for energy conversion, catalysis and related processes, and nanostructured thin films. It was a great opportunity to disseminate the potentiality of ALD for many different applications.
